An award-winning and internationally published architecture firm noted for its research, innovation, and inventive design and planning services. Michael P. Schuller, PE, is a consulting engineer and president of Atkinson-Noland & Associates in Boulder, Colorado, with 15 years of specialization in structural behavior, evaluation, and repair of masonry buildings. Charles B. Clark Jr., AIA, PE, is manager of codes, standards, and national accounts with the National Concrete Masonry Association.
